Welcome to Mangobox ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our software-as-a-service platform (the "Service") designed to help small businesses manage customers, invoicing, payments, product catalogs, inquiries, and salaries.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service.
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified at the time of registration or upgrade.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to renewal.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee for new users. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason during the first 10 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
After the initial 10-day period, all fees are non-refundable, including any unused portion of the subscription term. Refunds will not be issued for partial use, account downgrades, or unused features.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error or extenuating circumstances, please contact our support team.
6. Continuous Use of the App
To maintain full functionality and uninterrupted access to your business data, your subscription must remain active and in good standing.
- Failure to renew your subscription may result in suspension or deletion of your account and associated data after a grace period of 30 days.
- You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from account termination due to non-payment or inactivity.
- Continued use of the Service signifies your agreement to any updates made to these Terms.
7. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time; however, no refunds will be provided beyond the terms outlined in Section 5.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event that caused the claim.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
